Who is Maude Perreault?
Maude Perreault, Dt.P. RD Ph.P (she/her) is a registered dietitian and assistant professor in the Department of Nutrition at the University of Montréal. She is also a researcher at the Centre Jean-Jacques-Gauthier, which is part of the research centre of the CIUSSS-Nord-de-l’Île-de-Montréal. She works in public health nutrition, where she collaborates with community partners.

Among young people who are acquiring food literacy skills
For people living with chronic health disease that require dietary changes
For adults, who have the responsibility of teaching children about food, as well as the act of eating and feeding
Our team is also interested in professional practice in dietetics

How to train students and interns to support their patients in all their diversity
How to support dietitians in their role as social leaders for a more inclusive, just, and equitable society
